Our Complex

VCS owns land and equipment in the Alberta Heartland that will develop into a large scale clean oil complex. The facility, is located at key intersections of existing pipeline infrastructure with prime road and rail access.

The VCS-Heartland complex has regulatory approvals in place for two stages of development and VCS is in the process of applying for additional expansion capacity.

The VCS-H-1 Project was elected for support by the Alberta Partial Upgrading Program, consistent with the Alberta interest for Economic Diversification and Restoring the Alberta advantages.
